MK 2 Grenade found in backyard
An MK2 fragmentation hand grenade was acquired in Sitio Sawali, Barangay Saksak in Bacong town in the province yesterday by a Negros Oriental police.
Sandy Argonista, who lives in the barangay, was the one who found out about the grenade when he was digging a hole in his backyard.
It was immediately turned-over to SPO1 Richard Bohol, a member of the Explosive Ordnance Disposal team. The MK 2 grenade has been sent and with the custody of the NORPPO headquarters for proper disposition.
