Miss Dumaguete 2016 Winners Proclaimed

Miss Dumaguete 2016 was proclaimed Wednesday in a pageant held at the Lamberto Macias Sports and Cultural Center.  Winner is Samantha Villahermosa, a third year Psychology student at the Silliman University who also won as best in gown, best speaker and two other awards.  Aside from the crown, her prizes include a trophy and a cash prize.
