Three Visa-Free Countries to Attend CTCI Travel Show

The countries of Thailand, Singapore, and Japan is said to attend the first big travel show of the year which will be held in Ayala Center Cebu from January 26 to January 28, 2018. On the other hand, tour operators in Cebu are positive in more locals to avail the different tour packages in the visa-free countries.

The Cebu Travel Catalogue International (CTCI) 2018 is said to be the first big travel show of the year, and with this, both local and international tours and airlines will be present to promote their promos and packages. Direct flights from Cebu will help promote on going international departure and arrival statistics.

Flight Promos

Different airlines such as Emirates, Air Asia, EVA Air, Etihad, Silk Air, and Cathay Pacific are also said to attend the big travel show. They shall present their different promos, especially for the said event.

Aside from local suppliers, we also have international tourism bureaus present — Japan, Thailand, and Singapore. The presence of these three international tourism bureaus means they are being aggressive in promoting their area as the Philippine market has increased towards these areas,” Secretary of Cebu Tours and Travel Association Cookie Chan said.

With the visa-free countries of Thailand, Singapore, and Japan, tourism statistics in both the departed and arrived country shall gain the benefits. Tour operators from all over the Philippines are being invited to sell out and promote the tour packages offered in Cebu. But promotion will be extended as tour packages will be sold to different areas like Dumaguete City, Siquijor, Tacloban, Leyte, Camiguin, Coron, Boracay and Siargao for maximum effectiveness of the program.

Domestic Flights

International flights will also be pushed for the purpose of cross-selling several domestic destinations in the Philippines. Cebu is optimizing its options for a two-way beneficial tactics not only in the Philippines but in other countries as well.
