Miss Dumaguete 2018 – Silver Wins Gold
In celebration to the 70th Charter Day of Dumaguete City, the search of Miss Dumaguete 2018 became one of the highlights of the whole fiesta and festivities. Twelve candidates participated in this year’s beauty and brains pageant. Only one will win the crown.
Miss Dumaguete 2018 – Coronation Night
The Miss Dumaguete 2018 Coronation Night had 4 different parts; production, bikini, evening gown, and the Q&A portions. The pageant was held last November 22, 2018, at the Lamberto Macias Sports and Cultural Complex where hundreds of people came to support their bets and favorites.
Silver Wins Gold
After about two and a half hours of the show, a new was crowned! Silver Bomediano, 19 years old, won the title as Miss Dumaguete 2018. The newly crowned queen of the City of Gentle People came from Barangay Batinguel. She is currently studying at Silliman University taking up the course of Education in Special needs.
The Miss Dumaguete 2018 first runner is Debie Ann Monda of Barangay Tabug-Tubig, a 20 years old student of Foundation University studying Bachelor of Science in Nursing. The second runner-up is 18 years old Mikaela Angelique Zayco of Barangay Taclobo. Third runner-up is Joan Elegado, 21 years old of Barangay Daro, studying in Negros Oriental State University (NORSU) under Bachelors of Science in Hospitality Management. The fourth runner-up goes to Ella Mae Francisco of Barangay Mangnao; 18 years old studying at Foundation University.
