PAGASA declares Cloudy Monday

According to PAGASA reports, several areas of the Philippines will experience mild cloudy skies for today Monday , February 29.

PAGASA stated yesterday afternoon that Aurora, Nueva Ecija, Rizal and Quezon will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms. Other predictions also stated that the regions of Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, Ilocos and the rest of the Central Luzon area will have cloudy skies with light rains. Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies and isolated rain showers or thunderstorm.

PAGASA also informed the public that a tail-end of a cold front is affecting the eastern section of Central Luzon while northeast monsoon is affecting the Northern Luzon area.
