Cebu Pacific: Dumaguete Manila Night Flights
Cebu Pacific Air has updated their flight system with the launching of the night flights from these routes: Manila-Dumaguete, Dumaguete-Manila as well as Cebu-Dumaguete and Dumaguete Cebu. The Manila night flight with its three round-trip flights will be operating starting this July 7, 2017.
Flight Schedules for Manila flights
The last flights are scheduled to take of every 5:20 pm from Manila and arrive at Dumaguete at 6:50 pm with the return flight at 8:00 pm. Aside from the regular morning flights, this additional service of night flight will be utilizing the use of 180-seater Airbus A320 aircraft.
The Cebu Pacific Vice President for Corporate Affair Paterno S. Mantaring Jr. said that increasing the number of airports with night-flying capability would help promote tourism and improve the connectivity within the country. This would as well improve the movements of aircrafts at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport specially during heap hours. Ninoy Aquino International Airport will lessen its traffic with the new scheduled night flights.
Plans for Other Routes
With the launching of the Dumaguete Davao Flights and Dumaguete Manila Flights, Cebu Pacific is taking it for their word when they said the promotion of tourism in our country must be taken one step higher. Keeping their word, this night flight route from Manila-Dumaguete will surely help promote tourism and nightlife activities of each area.
Cebu Pacific will be flying 21 times a week between Manila and Dumaguete, and 14 times a week for the Cebu and Dumaguete flights. Routes for night flight will be planned as well for Caticlan, Roxas City Airport in Capiz, Laguindingan Airport in Misamis Oriental, and the Legazpi International Airport in Albay.
