The infrastructure projects in Cadawinonan that compose of a health center, evacuation center and a multi-purpose hall are being currently constructed in a lot purchased by the city government. The lot was purchased at the amount of Php 3.7 million by the city government.

Unfinished Diversion Road

With the current construction of the infrastructures in Cadawinonan, the Barangay Captain Jimmy Tabada also requested some heavy equipment for the unfinished roads in their area. This is to boost safety, maintain and compact the unfinished diversion road. Due to some issues with landowners that would involve the creation of the diversion road, it is delayed until the problem is resolved. However, another round of negotiations and court litigation are being made to resolve the issue.
