Preparation has already been set up by the Police Regional Office (PRO) 7 since yesterday for today’s Bonifacio Day Rally where expected group of crowds are set to support Duterte’s Revolutionary Government.
Duterte’s Revolutionary Government
By declaring a Revolutionary Government, Duterte can exercise his “full powers” as announced by actress Vivian Velez in her Facebook post last October 13, 2017. A group of “link-up network” who thoroughly supports Duterte’s administration can move the president in declaring the revolutionary government.
A revolution from within or a great innovation to make a system and a government that really work,” actress Vivian Velez stated on her post.
If you trust Pres Duterte, you will have no fear of revgov under his leadership,” she added.
