Binay visits Negros Oriental
Vice president of the Philippines, Jejomar Binay, decided to tour the wonders of Negros Oriental as he meet with his supporters and to push his candidacy for campaigning regarding the highest elective position this 2016 election.
Vice president Jejomar Binay also announced that if he wins the 2016 election as president of the Philippines that Finance Secretary Margarito Teves from Negros Oriental will be in his Cabinet. Finance Secretary Margarito Teves or commonly known as Gary Teves was a former congressman of Negros Oriental, third district to be exact.
Binay’s visit in Negros Oriental
During Binay’s tour here in Negros Oriental, he included his trip to Sacsac Elementary School in Bacong and other schools where there free meal program was taken at hand by government officials. His trip also included the visitation of public markets of Dauin, Zamboanguita, Siaton, and Sta. Catalina.
Vice president Jejomar Binay’s visit was accompanied by former third district representative Herminio Teves, his son, Gary Teves, and Dr. Henry A. Sojor, the official candidate of the United Nationalist Alliance (UNA) for the third congressional district race.
Binay’s escort through the tour included UNA senatorial bets Princess Jaycel Kiram, Alma Moreno, Rey Langit, Atty. Alan Montano and former director of the Special Action Force of the Philippine National Police, Getulio Napeñas Jr.
Jejomar Binay’s three days tour are schedule Monday for the third district, Tuesday for second district and Wednesday for the first district.
It has been said that famous boxer Manny Pacquiao failed to join Binay during his first day of the visit and tour. However, Filipino boxing champion can still catch up his next two day visit.
